PRE-PAID GRATUITIES AND COMPLIMENTARY ROUNDTRIP ECONOMY AIRFARE, $1,500 BUSINESS CLASS AIRFARE promotions are based on round-trip airfare to South America departing from select US gateways ($250 per person add-on rate for other gateways); ask for details. Guests must book cruise only, full 7-night Magic of Colombia (cruise + land), full 7-night Wonders of Colombia (cruise + land) or 7-night itinerary with Medellin, Cartagena, and/or Panama land packages on select eligible sailings in order to receive promotion. Pre-paid gratuities apply to the cruise portion only. Additional airfare deposits are required to confirm promotional rates; deposit amounts, refundability, and payment schedules will be advised at time of booking. Must mention promo code in order to receive offer: FREEAIR-CO (Economy) or FREEAIR-CO-BUS (Business Class). Failure to provide accurate passport details matching the reservation may result in cancellation penalties and rebooking at prevailing rates. AmaWaterways will provide the air schedule no later than 30 days prior to travel; schedules are at the discretion of AmaWaterways. Once airline tickets are issued, changes may be subject to airline-imposed penalties and fare differences. Failure to notify AmaWaterways within the designated timeframe upon receipt of the flight schedule may result in ticket issuance and applicable penalties. Please note that schedule changes may cause guests traveling on conjunction bookings to be assigned different flight schedules. To ensure travelers on associated conjunction bookings are on the same itinerary, Custom Air arrangements are recommended and available at an additional cost. Seat selection, checked baggage fees, and other ancillary airline charges are not included and are the responsibility of the traveler. Cruise fare, port charges, stateroom upgrades, optional land packages, and visas are not included unless otherwise specified.
